paço das artes, 2014

inspired by the writings of adolfo bioy casares and alan pauls, the exhibition curated by paula alzugaray offers itself as a place of encounter, reflection and debate about the role of art in the social practices and reconciliation with nature.

referring to the ‘the invention of morel’, from casares’ novel, the visual identity is created by a font that reinterprets the characters on traditional typewriters. from this reinterpretation, we built the typographic-coastal landscape that served as the logo for the exhibition.
the catalog, looking like a newspaper, also captures the feeling of the beach.
